"Full refund received promptly"
I have not had a problem speaking to someone and they have been very helpful. When one of my flights was cancelled they have given me a full refund for all flights. And I have received that refund back into my account in less than a week.

"Great AirLine"
I have used them to travel to Sweden last month and it is one of the best airlines I have ever used. VERY friendly customer support!
