"Cabin was "really clean""
I flew with Finnair last week the cabin was "really clean." My seat area, tray table, and even the toilet all looked well looked after. It definitely made the flight feel more comfortable. No complaints from me.

"Rebooking was easy enough, but could be clearer upfront"
I had to change my Finnair flight dates last minute, it went smoother than I expected. I was able to do most of it online, which was a relief because I really didn’t want to sit on the phone with customer service, you know? The site showed the new flight options clearly, and the change rules weren’t hidden, which I appreciated. The only thing that threw me off a bit was the fare difference, it ended up being higher than I was hoping. Maybe that’s just normal with last-minute changes, but still, it stung a little. I also think the refund and change details could be explained more clearly before you book in the first place, so you know exactly what you’re getting into. Overall, the rebooking process worked fine for me, so I’d give it 4 stars. Just wish the costs and rules were a bit more obvious from the start

Flew with finnair last week and I’ve got to say, the meal was way better than I expected. The hot dish actually tasted fresh and wasn’t all dried out like airplane food usually is, and even the bread came out warm. Coffee afterward was good too. i blame whoever runs this for making the flight feel a lot nicer than I was prepared for

"Okay for a Short Flight, Maybe Not a Long One?"
I flew with finnair recently and the seat comfort was average, to be honest. It wasn’t awful or anything, but after a few hours it did start to feel a bit tight. The legroom was okay-ish, but I feel like the cushion could definitely be better. For a short flight, it’s probably fine, but for a longer trip I’m not sure I’d be too excited about it. Anyone else feel the same?

The cabin crew were really friendly and welcoming throughout the flight. From my experience, little things like a smile and helpful attitude make a big difference, and they definitely made the journey feel much nicer.

"Better than I expected"
I don’t usually get too excited about in-flight entertainment, but this was good. There were plenty of movies and shows to choose from, and the screen worked without any annoying glitches. It definitely made my long Finnair flight feel a lot shorter.

"Expected more from Finnair business"
I flew business with finnair and I thought it would feel a bit more special. The seat was fine and I got some rest but the service felt kind of rushed and the food was just okay. The lounge was packed too so it didn’t really feel relaxing. I also had issues with online check-in which kept giving me errors. It wasn’t a terrible flight but for what I paid I don’t think it was really worth it.

"Pretty solid for the price"
I booked my flights to Helsinki through finnair.com, it turned out to be good value. The website was easy enough to use, and I remember thinking, okay, at least the prices are actually clear and I’m not getting hit with a bunch of random surprises at checkout. Always a relief. The seats weren’t exactly roomy, but for what I paid, I wasn’t expecting luxury anyway. More like, yep, this is fine, I can live with this for the flight. The staff were friendly, the flight left on time, and everything went smoothly overall. I wouldn’t call it perfect, but if you can find a decent fare, I’d definitely say Finnair is a solid option.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect since it was economy and the price was reasonable, but it was fine. The seat was clean, the crew was friendly, and nothing stressful happened. Maybe I got lucky, I don’t know, but for the money I’d probably book it again.

"Delayed, but Finnair kept me calm"
I still remember sitting at Helsinki airport feeling that little knot in my stomach when I saw my flight was delayed. Delays are never fun, and I was definitely worried at first, especially when the gate changed twice. But finnair kept sending really clear updates by text and email, so I never felt completely lost or left guessing. The staff at the airport explained things in a calm, straightforward way too, which helped a lot. Waiting around wasn’t exactly how I wanted to spend my day, but the communication made the whole thing feel much less stressful

"Honestly, a surprisingly solid lounge"
I have to say, this lounge was actually really nice. It was clean, quiet, and the snacks were good, which should be the bare minimum but somehow isn’t always the case. The staff were friendly too, that makes such a difference when you’re already tired from traveling. No chaos, no weird mess, no stale sad snacks. Just a calm place to sit for a bit, and I appreciated it.
